About Kondell Business Services
Kondell Business Services (KBS) exists to help impact-driven leaders build with clarity, confidence, and care.
We are a business consulting and communications firm focused on simplifying business development while strengthening organizations that serve marginalized communities. Our work bridges strategy, compliance, and storytelling so good ideas are not lost to confusion or lack of access.
At KBS, purpose leads the process.
Why We Exist
Many people with strong ideas never move forward because they do not know what support exists or how to access it. Others build without protection and lose what they worked hard to create.
KBS was founded to close that gap.
We believe knowledge should not be gatekept, and impact should not come at the cost of sustainability. Our role is to help leaders understand their options, protect their work, and grow with intention.
Our Foundation
KBS was founded by Kedesha Kondell, a paralegal graduate and professional writer with a background rooted in lived experience and practical outcomes.
Raised in Toronto’s Weston Road community, Kedesha learned early how systemic barriers affect opportunity. Rather than accept limitations, she sought understanding. She built connections, learned how systems operate, and began helping others do the same.
What started as informal guidance for peers became structured work. Career documents. Business plans. Training programs. Her clients moved into roles within education, public service, and health care. Others secured funding through grants and blended financing. Programs she developed were recognized or approved through the Ministry of Colleges and Universities.
The work was consistent and results-driven long before it was formalized.
Service Before Profit
To deepen her expertise, Kedesha pursued formal education through the Paralegal Education Program and Professional Writing & Communications at Humber College. There, her interest in writing, drafting, compliance, and business law took shape.
From 2023 to 2025, she stepped away from profit-focused work to serve marginalized communities at no cost. During this period, she secured grants, built partnerships, and led initiatives supporting newcomers, single Black mothers, youth facing homelessness, and women returning to faith.
That season clarified the mission of KBS.
People struggle not because solutions do not exist, but because information is inaccessible. When knowledge and support is withheld or unclear, the consequences are real.

Who We Serve
We support leaders and organizations serving communities excluded from mainstream social, economic, and political life due to systemic power imbalances. Also known as marginalized groups. These communities often face discrimination, limited access to opportunity, and increased vulnerability.
Our clients are builders. Advocates. Problem-solvers. People who want to do meaningful work and do it well.
